Rabies, DHPPi and kennel cough (Bordetella), all current within the last twelve months, plus deworming within the last three months. Upload the certificate while booking, or WhatsApp it before check-in. Puppies mid-vaccination can join puppy-only sessions — call us to plan it safely.

For first-time overnight guests, yes — a relaxed visit where your dog explores while we assess temperament. It's free, takes about thirty minutes, and it's the single best predictor of a happy stay. Daycare first-timers do the assessment on their first morning.

All breeds, from chihuahuas to great danes, and every glorious indie in between. What matters to us is temperament, not pedigree. Dogs with a bite history can often still stay — in private pens with experienced handlers — but we need full honesty at booking so we can plan safely.

Please do — we insist on it, actually. Tours run every day between 10 AM and 6 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, though a quick call ahead means someone is free to show you everything properly, kitchens included.

A photo-and-video digest lands on your WhatsApp every evening. You're also welcome to call between 7 AM and 9 PM any day. If anything unusual happens — off food, limping, anything — we don't wait for the digest; we call you immediately.

Our kitchen cooks fresh, vet-approved meals daily — chicken-rice, curd-rice, egg and veg options. Guests on specific kibble, raw or prescription diets should bring their own portioned supply and we'll follow your schedule exactly. Diet changes mid-stay are never made without asking you.

Yes, at no extra charge — tablets, drops, insulin injections, joint supplements. Hand over the medication with written instructions at check-in, and every dose is logged and included in your daily update.

Our on-call vet is contacted first, and our partner clinic is minutes away for anything serious. You and your listed vet are informed immediately, and beyond immediate first aid we don't make significant decisions without you. Treatment costs are settled at actuals with full records.

Both run 8 AM – 8 PM daily, by appointment. Boarding nights are counted like a hotel: check-out past noon on the last day adds a half-day of daycare, which most dogs consider excellent news.

A 30% advance confirms boarding reservations; the balance is due at check-in. We accept UPI, cards and bank transfer. Daycare and grooming are simply paid on the day.

Full refund up to 72 hours before check-in; 50% within 72 hours; no-shows are non-refundable. Festival-season bookings (Diwali, Christmas–New Year, long weekends) are transferable to new dates within six months instead of refundable.
